Seva : A Self-Less Service Involves In Devotion & Sacred Practices
Seva : Traditional dance performed in a circular formation where participants sing together and move around while the leader sings praises of the deity. In the case of Simhadri Appanna, the focus is on glorifying Narasimhaswamy, the lion incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The leader of the dance wears large cymbals made of brass leaves, creating rhythmic sounds as they move and sing.
They chant “Harihari Narayana Narayana
Karunichi Mammelu Kamalochanuda,”
