Ongu Dookudu : A Traditional Game Played Mostly By Boys

Ongu Dookudu : A Traditional And Popular Game , Also Known As “Bend and Jump”.

Here’s how it is played:

  1. One person sits on the ground and stretches one leg out in front of them.
  2. The other players take turns crossing over the extended leg. They place the heel of their foot on the toe of the extended leg and cross over it.
  3. Once they have crossed over, they extend the fingers of their right hand and place them on top of the foot they just crossed over.
  4. The sitting person then bends their body, starting by touching the toe with the fingers of their hand, then moving to the knee, the thigh, and so on.
  5. All the players take turns passing beyond the sitting person as they continue to bend and touch different parts of their bodies.
  6. Players who cannot pass beyond the sitting person are counted as losers.
